Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, a triangular love story where each character rises above all odds to let love triumph at the end. Sanjana is a young, vibrant girl who has just finished her college. Her mother is very keen to get her married to a rich, eligible bachelor, Prem. Sanjana is taken aback by the extreme measures that her mother undertakes to ensure that Prem (Hrithik Roshan), who comes and stays with them for a month, likes her daughter. Prem enters Sanjanas life but she does not like him one bit! His habits and hobbies are diametrically opposite to hers. However, he manages to charm his way into the hearts of her mother, father and even her dog! As she gets to know him better, she falls hopelessly in love with him a love so deep that it will last till the end of time. But suddenly, comes along another Prem (Abhishek Bachchan) who walks into her life as though he was meant to. Where does destiny lead her? Who will she ultimately go to to the Prem who won her over or the Prem who was meant to be with her?

A daring diamond heist! The loot is smuggled abroad to Dubai. The local crime syndicate in Dubai wants the loot for themselves. But the criminal masterminds have not planned for the shenanigans of Raja (Shahid Kapur), who to please his lover Tinas (Ayesha Takia) uncle, a supposed Master brain, Chaubey (Paresh Rawal), sets out to search for the diamonds. A self-styled driver (Johnny Lever), who ranks his driving skills as better than those of Schumacher, helps the trio to flee in time, only to land them in hotter water than before. Raja has no other option than to rope in Munna (Sunny Deol), a professional wrestler and his agent Luckee (Vivek Oberoi) to find the diamonds. Now with all of them caught up together, and obviously the evident brains of Chaubey where Intelligence is an understatement, this stylish robbery turns into a fun frolicking comedy.

Amar Akbar Antony starring Amitabh Bachchan, Vinod Khanna, Rishi Kapoor, Praveen Babi, Nitu Singh, Shabana Azmi is a blockbuster entertainer about the union of three brothers separated from each other and their parents, avenging the man who separated them. This film set the trend of films based on the lost & found theme. A dozen odd films were made on this theme but no film succeeded the way Amar Akbar Anthony did. Pran and Nirupa Roy get separated accidentally with their three kids. The kids are adopted by persons of three different religions. One is a Hindu, the second a Muslim and the third a Christian. One boy grows up as Amar, the other as Akbar and the third as Anthony. Amar is a police officer, Akbar a tailor and Anthony, a good-for-nothing. After a series of trials and tribulations, the lost and disintegrated family re-unites. The film ends with their three sons getting married to their respective lovers.

Hera Pheri is a hilarious comedy where three innocent dreamers stumble upon a chance to earn lots of money but the wrong way. Shyam – Sunil Shetty – comes to Mumbai to apply for a job. But there is another applicant for the same job – Anuradha Panikkar – Tabu. Shyam decides to fight for his job and starts residing as a paying guest with Baburao Apte – Paresh Rawal, a garage owner. Raju – Akshay Kumar – is Baburao’s other paying guest who disapproves of Shyam right from the start. These are four people in dire need of money and only a miracle can save the situation. The miracle occurs in the form of a wrong number phone call. Kabira, a goon, has kidnapped the granddaughter of Devi Prasad, a rich businessman and is calling on Baburao’s phone number by mistake and demanding ransom. Raju hatches a daring plan – to talk with Kabira posing as Devi Prasad, and to talk with Devi Prasad posing as Kabira, ask him for double the amount of ransom money which Kabira had originally demanded save the girl, give half the money to Kabira and keep the rest. They carry out their plan with courage, but being innocent at heart they fear they will be duped. Though their plans fail at the end, their innocence and courage wins them back their respect & wealth.

Delhi-based Rohan Sood lives a wealthy lifestyle along with his businessman dad, Shekhar, and mom, Renu. He attends St. Lawrence High School and is friendly with Vasu, Sudhir and Javed, and together the friends land in hot water virtually everyday. Then everything changes when he first sets eyes on heart-achingly beautiful new student, Ayesha Mehra, who was born in London, England, and also lives a wealthy lifestyle with her mom, Sheetal, and businessman dad. Both Rohan and Ayesha are attracted to each other and decide to go on a Karaoke date – with disastrous results as both end up in a vehicle accident. Their relationship sours with rumors of Ayesha being attracted to Shantanu and Rohan dating Simran, and both part ways. Ayesha and her mom decide to go to Paris to visit Parminder and her husband, Tony. Realizing that he now loves Ayesha, Rohan decides to travel to Paris, clear the misunderstanding, and win her over. In order to do this he misuses his dad’s credit card to book an air-ticket, as well as forges school documents to show that he is attending the Math Olympiad. He does reach Paris but is unable to locate Ayesha. When he approaches the Indian Embassy, he is detained and may well be deported back home to possibly face his angry dad and school authorities

Bawarchi is a heart warming comedy by Hhrishikesh Mukherjee. Rajesh Khanna plays a wise and witty cook transforms and unhappy house into an earthy paradise.

In one of the largest deals in global cinema in recent years, Anil Ambani’s Reliance Big Entertainment and noted Hollywood film maker Steven Spielberg on Wednesday announced $825-million funding for their Los Angeles-based production house Dreamworks Studios to make six films a year for the global audiences.

In a joint global conference call from here, Ambani and Spielberg also said the movies produced by Dreamworks will be distributed by Walt Disney globally, while the exclusive rights for India will be with Reliance Big Entertainment.
